Authentic Indian cuisine with awesome service. The paneer bhurji with tawa roti was delicious. Appetizers were very tasty, and the ladoo and pinni were amazing. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for authentic punjabi/north indian taste then look no further. Truly the most mouthwatering Punjabi food in NJ. We ordered the chole bhathure and sarson ka saag. Portion sizes are generous and taste takes you back to streets of Punjab
Best Punjabi food. If you are looking for a place that serves food with soul, this is it. Don’t be fooled by the simple decor—the taste here takes you straight to Punjab. We ordered the chole bhature and paneer pakoda and it rich, and perfectly spiced. We mopped up every last drop of chole with the soft, buttery naan. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. If you want a hearty, satisfying meal that doesn’t break the bank, this dhaba is a must-visit.

Had an amazing experience at Punjabi Dhaba! The chole bhature was absolutely delicious — perfectly spiced chole with soft, fluffy bhature that melted in the mouth. The food quality is top-notch and really authentic. What made it even better was the excellent service — the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Will definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommended for anyone craving genuine Punjabi flavours.
Came here for the first time and left genuinely impressed. The chole bhature was rich and perfectly spiced. Portions are massive, price is super reasonable, and the energy in there just feels warm and real. If you’re anywhere near Carteret and craving real Punjabi food, I’d highly recommend it
Best authentic Punjabi food in New Jersey! Very authentic and genuine food. People here are so sweet and welcoming. Extra Fresh food here, prices are also so reasonable. Must try the Amritsari kulcha, Paneer paratha and Paneer tikka. Also must try Chai!! So so so good! Definitely coming here again soon! 100/10
If you're looking for an authentic Punjabi breakfast in Carteret, this is the spot! We stopped by today and was blown away by the quality. We ordered the Paneer Parantha, Amritsari Kulcha, and Chhole Bhature, and everything was served hot and fresh. The portions are incredibly generous, definitely enough to keep you full for the rest of the day. To wash it all down, the Gallon Lassi, comes in 2 full jugs, enough for our party of 8, and the Chai had that perfect ginger-cardamom kick you want in a morning tea. Authentic flavors, great value, and friendly service. We’ll definitely be coming back! Must try paneer pakoda & gallon lassi.
This was an amazing experience! The kulcha with chole was absolutely outstanding—truly one of the best I've ever had. The mother who was preparing the food deserves my deepest respect. 🙏 Her cooking was exceptional and made the experience unforgettable. The kulcha was perfectly made, and the chole had a classic, authentic flavor that was incredibly delicious. One of the best kulcha and chole combinations I've ever tasted. Very classic, very tasty, and made with genuine care. 😋 and very affordable as well. Very nice people. I would travel 100's of miles just to eat this. Highly recommended!
